Refund & Payment Policy

Registration fees will be refunded upon request prior to the end of the 3rd week of each session.

PreCanSkate, CanSkate, CanSkate Hockey Skills, and Junior Star are 10 week sessions, offered Oct-Dec and Jan-Mar.  

STARSkate Fall session runs for 3 weeks in Sept.  Winter session runs from Oct-March.  Spring Session May - June,

Summer session runs in July-Aug. 

After the 3rd week of each session, refunds will only be issued with a medical certificate.

A $60.00 administrative fee + Session skated will be deducted from all refunds.  This includes the non-refundable Skate Canada fee.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days.

PAYMENTS 

Skate Canada Fee – Any skater who is not currently a Skate Canada member will be required to pay an additional Skate Canada member fee, which will be added to the registration fees.

Assessment Fees – Starskaters -Assessment fees are not included in your ice fees. These fees will be invoiced along with any additional ice and Assessors fees 

All CanSkate fees must be paid in full upon registration.  Installment payment are available please contact RoxAnne for details.

Any NSF Cheques will be charged a $35.00 administration fee.

Kenora Skating Academy reserves the right to change or cancel any program for which there is insufficient paid registration. In the event of any program change or cancellation, the registrants will be offered a full or pro-rated refund, as appropriate.
